VetCreates specializes in handcrafted, made-to-order wooden military branch flags.

Every order is individually handcrafted after your order is placed.

Production time is approximately 8–12 business days before shipment.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.

During holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand, production may require additional time.

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected during checkout.

After your package ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

VetCreates is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer may require additional shipping charges before they are reshipped.

Once tracking shows an order as delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

VetCreates is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.

If your package is missing after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier and your local post office immediately.
