Products
Every item sold by VetCreates is handcrafted and made to order. Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in wood grain, stain, paint, knots, texture, and finish are normal and make each product unique. These natural variations are not defects.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Order Acceptance
VetCreates reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected abuse of our policies.
Payment
Full payment is required before production begins.
Production Time
Orders generally require 8–12 business days to complete before shipment.
Production estimates are not guarantees.
Returns & Refunds
All products are made to order.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted except where required by law or when VetCreates determines a replacement is appropriate due to a verified manufacturing error.
Intellectual Property
All product designs, logos, images, photographs, descriptions, and website content are the property of VetCreates and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VetCreates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of any product.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific item.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact VetCreates before initiating a payment dispute.
VetCreates reserves the right to submit all available evidence to financial institutions and payment processors in response to any chargeback, including order records, production records, shipping records, tracking information, photographs, and customer communications.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where VetCreates operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
